Sleepy Family Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sleepy Family mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Sleepy Family (“Sleepy Family,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service
Sleepy Family is a social alarm and wake-up support application that may include features such as:
personal alarms
family or group management
wake-up verification
rankings or leaderboards
push notifications
voice wake-up messages
related accountability and habit-support tools
The Service is intended to help users build more consistent wake-up habits through shared motivation and group support.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service:
you must be at least 13 years old
you must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
you must provide accurate and complete registration information
you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You may not share your account with another person or impersonate another individual.
3. Account Registration and Sign-In
You may create or access an account through methods we make available, including Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
When using third-party sign-in services:
you are also subject to the terms and policies of those providers
we are not responsible for the availability, security, or operation of third-party sign-in services
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service
attempt unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
use the Service to distribute malware, harmful code, or conduct attacks
scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law
use the Service in a fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful manner
harass, threaten, shame, or otherwise abuse other users
send offensive, unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate voice wake-up messages or other content within family groups
misuse rankings, wake-up verification, or group features to manipulate or harm other users
You are solely responsible for any content, including voice messages, that you create, send, upload, or share through the Service.
5. Important Alarm Notice
Sleepy Family relies on mobile operating system behavior, local device settings, push notifications, network availability, battery status, permissions, and other technical factors.
Because of iOS and Android system limitations, we cannot guarantee that alarms, notifications, voice wake-up messages, or related features will function in every circumstance, including but not limited to:
silent mode
do not disturb mode
low power mode
app permission restrictions
operating system limitations
background execution limits
connectivity issues
hardware issues
Do not rely on the Service as your sole or fail-safe alarm for medical, professional, travel, safety-critical, or other important purposes.
6. Family Groups and Shared Visibility
If you create or join a family group:
certain information, including your wake-up status and ranking, may be visible to other members of that same group
you are responsible for choosing whether to join a group and what information you share through your participation
you may leave a family group, subject to the features and settings available within the Service
We are not responsible for how other group members react to information properly shared within the group features of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interface, design, trademarks, branding, logos, text, graphics, features, and related content, is owned by or licensed to Sleepy Family and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Except as expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not:
copy
reproduce
modify
distribute
sell
sublicense
commercially exploit any part of the Service.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:
you violate these Terms
you misuse the Service
your conduct creates legal, security, technical, or reputational risk
we are required to do so by law
continued provision of the Service to you is no longer feasible
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account through the app settings or by contacting us at sleepyfamily67@gmail.com.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleepy Family disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that:
the Service will always be available
alarms or notifications will always be delivered or triggered
wake-up verification will always be accurate
the Service will be free of bugs, delays, or interruptions
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleepy Family and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:
your use of or inability to use the Service
missed alarms or failed notifications
service interruptions or downtime
unauthorized access to or alteration of your information
conduct or content of other users
third-party services or sign-in providers
If, despite the above, we are found liable to you, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
USD $50
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sleepy Family and its affiliates, personnel, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
your use of the Service
your violation of these Terms
your violation of any law or third-party right
any content, including voice messages, you submit, send, or share through the Service
